Delta Named No. 3 on 2025 PEOPLE Companies That Care List
Delta Air Lines has been recognized by PEOPLE magazine as No. 3 on the 2025 PEOPLE Companies That Care List. The ranking reflects employee survey feedback and company data assessing workplace culture and community engagement.
The PEOPLE Companies That Care list is based on over 1.3 million employee survey responses and information from companies representing the experience of more than 8.4 million employees. More than 1 million responses came from employees at companies eligible for this year’s list.
“Delta people show care in their work, for customers, communities, and one another – that is the Delta Difference,” said Allison Ausband, Delta’s Chief People Officer.
“I am encouraged by the actions of more than 100,000 people who contribute to Delta and beyond.”
