Novotel Goa Candolim Appoints Priyanka Chandak as Front Office Manager

Novotel Goa Candolim has appointed Priyanka Chandak as Front Office Manager.

Chandak brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, with a background in front office operations, guest experience management, and team leadership. She has worked with hospitality brands including Hyatt, Accor, Marriott, Taj Hotels, and The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts.

Prior to this role, she served as Front Office Manager at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort & Spa, where she was responsible for managing front office operations in a resort environment catering to both group and transient segments. During her tenure, she was involved in guest satisfaction initiatives, upselling strategies, operational audits, and process improvements within the department.

Her previous experience includes roles at ibis Chennai SIPCOT, Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences, and The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace. Her work has included front office administration, guest engagement, service quality processes, and revenue-focused initiatives.

In her new role, Chandak will oversee front office operations at Novotel Goa Candolim, with a focus on guest experience, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
