The Westin Mumbai Garden City Appoints Mohammad Ali Haideria as Executive Chef

The Westin Mumbai Garden City has appointed Chef Mohammad Ali Haideria as Executive Chef.

Chef Haideria brings over 19 years of international experience across luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, and large-scale events in India, the UAE, and Qatar. In his new role, he will lead the hotel’s culinary operations, focusing on menu development, kitchen management, and overall dining experiences.

Prior to this appointment, he has worked with hospitality brands including JW Marriott Juhu, Waldorf Astoria, St. Regis, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and The Taj Mahal Palace. His experience spans culinary operations, menu engineering, and leading multi-outlet kitchen teams.

His expertise includes Progressive Indian and Asian cuisines, with exposure to modern cooking techniques such as molecular gastronomy and sous-vide. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in collaborations with international chefs and has catered to high-profile events and dignitaries.
