ATARAXIA BY ALIVAA Opens Doors in the Mussoorie Foothills

ALIVAA Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of ATARAXIA BY ALIVAA, Mussoorie Foothills, Dehradun, adding another property to its growing portfolio in Uttarakhand.

Located at the point where the Dehradun plains transition into the Mussoorie hills, the resort is surrounded by forested landscapes and offers panoramic views of the foothills. The property features well-appointed accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool and spaces designed for leisure travellers seeking a nature-focused stay.

The resort is already operational under the ATARAXIA BY ALIVAA brand, with seasonal packages currently available for guests.

Commenting on the signing, Vikramjit Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of ALIVAA Hotels & Resorts, said Uttarakhand remains an important market for the company’s regional growth strategy. He noted that the Dehradun location combines a natural setting with the service standards associated with the ALIVAA brand.

Akash Bhatia, Chief Executive Officer (M&F), ALIVAA Hotels & Resorts, said the property strengthens the group’s presence in North India and offers guests an experience centred on comfort, wellness and the surrounding landscape.

Property owners Sarita Upadhyay and Rajeevv Malhotra said the resort was developed as a peaceful retreat that integrates architecture with the foothill environment. They added that the partnership with ALIVAA will support the property’s continued development and guest experience.

The signing forms part of ALIVAA Hotels & Resorts’ ongoing expansion in Uttarakhand, where the company continues to build its presence across key leisure destinations.
