Delhi’s GOAT Brings Fire-Kissed Flavours to Mazzo Rooftop, Hyderabad

Marriott Executive Apartments Hyderabad is set to host a special culinary pop-up as GOAT, the popular Delhi-based grill destination led by Chef Gaurav Sircar, takes over the Mazzo rooftop for nine evenings from February 6 to 14, 2026. The limited-time collaboration marks GOAT’s first major pop-up outside Delhi, introducing its signature charcoal-fired cooking to Hyderabad’s dining scene.

The takeover combines GOAT’s robust, fire-led flavours with Mazzo’s open-air rooftop setting and curated cocktail programme, offering guests a dining experience against panoramic views of the city skyline. Known for its emphasis on traditional grilling techniques presented with a contemporary touch, GOAT has built a strong following in Delhi for its bold, flavour-forward approach.

Chef Gaurav Sircar, whose culinary philosophy centres on honest cooking and strong flavours, brings a selection of the restaurant’s signature dishes to Hyderabad. The menu features a balance of vegetarian and non-vegetarian offerings, including Grilled Corn Ribs, Mushroom Skewers, Chicken and Lamb Skewers, Grilled Wings, Roast Chicken, and Slow-Braised Mutton Ribs. Vegetarian mains such as Confit Portobello and Grilled Aubergine with Harissa and Tahini further round out the spread.

Mazzo Rooftop adds its own identity to the collaboration with a cocktail menu designed to complement the smoky, charcoal-driven dishes. Starters such as Avocado Brûlée and Roasted Beetroot Salad are paired with cocktails like the Zafrani Qubani Royale, while dishes such as Harissa Roasted Potatoes are matched with the citrus-forward Amber Diwan.

“Hyderabad understands spice and respects flavour, which makes it the perfect city for our first big pop-up outside Delhi,” says Chef Gaurav Sircar. “Add Mazzo’s rooftop energy and Marriott’s hospitality, and you have something truly special.”

Ashwin Vaidya, General Manager of Marriott Executive Apartments Hyderabad, shares the vision behind this collaboration: “Mazzo has always been about experimentation and bringing fresh perspectives to Hyderabad’s dining scene. While the city has a rich tradition of grills rooted in Nizami cuisine, this collaboration introduces a different interpretation—Delhi’s bold, charcoal-forward approach paired with our craft cocktail expertise. We’re creating an experience that honours both traditions while offering something entirely new.

Running through Valentine’s Day, the GOAT × Mazzo Rooftop Takeover is positioned as a celebration of grilling, cocktails, and collaborative culinary creativity, aimed at couples, food enthusiasts, and diners seeking a distinctive pop-up experience.
