Radisson Hotel Group Signs ANTA Hotel Bali Canggu Under Radisson Individuals

Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of ANTA Hotel Bali Canggu, a member of Radisson Individuals, marking the addition of a new lifestyle serviced apartment project in Indonesia. Scheduled to open in 2027, the property will feature 116 serviced apartments and further expand the Group’s presence in one of its focus markets in the Asia-Pacific region.

Located in Canggu, a coastal district in Bali known for its beach culture and growing community of expatriates and remote workers, the property will offer accommodation surrounded by rice fields, temples and beaches. The development is located along Jalan Shortcut Teratai Batu Bolong, approximately 1 hour from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport and close to Echo Beach, Batu Bolong Beach, and Berawa Beach. Guests will also have access to nearby cultural sites, including Subak Uma Desa’s rice fields and local temples such as Pura Batu Bolong and Pura Batu Mejan.

Ramzy Fenianos, Chief Development Officer, APAC, Radisson Hotel Group, said the project reflects the evolving travel patterns in Bali, where leisure, lifestyle and extended stays increasingly overlap. He added that the signing aligns with the Group’s strategy to grow in Indonesia and introduce accommodation formats that respond to current guest and owner demand.

ANTA Hotel Bali Canggu will comprise 116 serviced apartments, including 88 studios and 10 one-bedroom units, along with additional layouts designed for more extended stays. All apartments will include kitchenettes, functional storage, and either balconies or terraces. Most ground-floor units are planned with private pools, supporting a resort-style environment and enhanced privacy.

The development is designed to cater to long-stay travellers, digital nomads and remote professionals. A central co-working space will serve as the hub of the property’s social areas, supported by flexible event and wellness spaces suitable for workshops, fitness sessions, and small gatherings.

Public areas are designed as sheltered open-air spaces that reflect the tropical climate and enable a natural flow between indoor and outdoor zones. The main social areas will be located on the top floor, featuring a rooftop bar, a pool bar, and a lounge with views across Canggu and its surroundings. The layout allows multiple activities to take place simultaneously throughout the day.

Food, beverage and wellness facilities will include an all-day dining restaurant, a café open to both guests and the local community, a rooftop pool with loungers and cabanas, and wellness amenities such as a gym and treatment rooms. These facilities are intended to support guests in balancing work, leisure, and well-being during extended stays.

The signing supports Radisson Hotel Group’s broader plan to grow in leisure destinations and diversify its portfolio with more serviced apartment and extended-stay offerings. The Group currently operates three hotels in Indonesia with 579 rooms and has three additional properties under development with 405 rooms across city and resort locations.

Radisson Individuals is positioned as a flexible brand for independent hotels and regional chains seeking to retain their identity while accessing Radisson Hotel Group’s distribution, systems and brand support. The brand spans a range of property types, including urban hotels, resorts and serviced apartments, across the upper midscale to upper upscale segments.
