IHCL Announces Signing of Gateway Mahapura in Jaipur
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new Gateway hotel in Mahapura, Jaipur. The agreement marks a greenfield development in collaboration with Shri Modi Group.
Ms. Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said: “Jaipur is experiencing increased demand beyond its established leisure and MICE segments. With growing infrastructure and expanding commercial activity, the city is attracting more business travellers. Gateway Mahapura, Jaipur will address this demand. We are pleased to partner with Shri Modi Group for this project.”
Located along NH48 Jaipur–Ajmer Road, the 161-key Gateway Mahapura, Jaipur will serve guests visiting the city’s cultural and commercial areas. The hotel will include an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a bar. Facilities will feature a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and a banquet hall of over 9,000 sq. ft., suited for weddings, conferences and social events.

Jaipur, known for its historic landmarks such as Amber Fort, City Palace, Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar, continues to attract travellers for cultural and business purposes.
With this signing, IHCL’s portfolio in Jaipur will comprise 16 hotels, including 5 under development.
