Trump International Beach Resort appoints Carolyn Favrot as Director of Food & Beverage

Trump International Beach Resort has announced the appointment of Carolyn Favrot as Director of Food & Beverage.
Carolyn brings experience across lifestyle hospitality and restaurant operations, with a focus on multi-outlet food and beverage management, programming, and revenue growth. In her new role, she will oversee the resort’s dining and beverage strategy, with an emphasis on enhancing guest experiences and strengthening its culinary positioning.
Prior to this appointment, she served at Virgin Hotels Dallas, where she led a multi-outlet F&B operation and contributed to year-over-year revenue growth through programming and activation initiatives. She also played a role in the pre-opening of Virgin Hotels New Orleans, supporting the development of its food and beverage operations.
Her career includes leadership roles at Ace Hotel New Orleans, NOPSI Hotel, and NOLA Restaurant with The Emeril Group, where she gained experience in culinary programming and operations within competitive urban markets.

Carolyn is an alumna of University of New Orleans (Class of 2015).
In her new role at Trump International Beach Resort, she will focus on refining the resort’s food and beverage strategy as it continues to strengthen its positioning as a culinary-driven destination in Sunny Isles Beach.
