Roseate House New Delhi Appoints Shreyash Dwivedi as Director of Food & Beverage

Roseate House New Delhi Aerocity has appointed Shreyash Dwivedi as Director of Food & Beverage.
Shreyash brings experience in food and beverage operations across multiple hospitality brands. His background includes work in operational planning, team management, and guest service delivery.

Prior to this role, he was associated with Hyatt Regency Gurgaon as Food & Beverage Manager (HOD). He has also held positions at The St. Regis Mumbai, The Leela Palace Chennai, and Novotel properties in Chennai and Kolkata. Earlier in his career, he was part of the Taj Management Trainee Program and has worked with Taj Krishna Hyderabad and Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott ORR Bangalore.

Shreyash holds a degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Bangalore and has completed the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, London. His certifications also include training and food safety programs.
In his new role at Roseate House New Delhi, Shreyash will be responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations at the hotel, including restaurants, bars, and service standards.
This appointment is part of the hotel’s ongoing focus on strengthening its operational leadership team.
