Novotel Jodhpur ITI Circle Appoints Radhika Rathore as Revenue & Reservation Manager

Novotel Jodhpur ITI Circle has appointed Radhika Rathore as Revenue & Reservation Manager, further strengthening its commercial leadership team.
Radhika brings significant experience in revenue management and reservations, with expertise in pricing strategy, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and distribution management. In her new role, she will lead the hotel’s Revenue and Reservations function, overseeing revenue strategy, market segmentation, forecasting, and reservation operations.

Prior to joining Novotel Jodhpur, Radhika held key roles within Accor’s portfolio, including positions at Fairmont Jaipur and Fairmont Mumbai, where she contributed to revenue performance and operational efficiency within the reservations function.
Her professional background reflects a strong focus on analytical decision-making, market understanding, and cross-functional collaboration.
In her current role, Radhika will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support revenue growth while maintaining service standards.
