Four Seasons Resort Lānaʻi Appoints Shiva Subramaniyan as Director of Rooms

Four Seasons Resort Lānaʻi has appointed Shiva Subramaniyan as Director of Rooms, effective July 2026. In this role, he will oversee all aspects of the Rooms Division, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services operations at the resort.

Shiva Subramaniyan joins the property after serving as Assistant Director of Rooms at Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort, where he supported the management of the Rooms Division at the adults-only wellness retreat.

Prior to joining Four Seasons, he was associated with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Canada. During his tenure, he held multiple leadership roles, including Assistant Director of Rooms, Director of Housekeeping, and Director of Front Office. In these roles, he oversaw operational teams, managed housekeeping functions across guest rooms and cabins, and supervised several front office and guest service departments.

With experience across rooms operations in resort environments, Shiva Subramaniyan brings an understanding of front office management, housekeeping, and guest services.
