Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai Appoints Naipaporn “Aom” Panlamoke as Director of Rooms

Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai has appointed Naipaporn “Aom” Panlamoke as Director of Rooms. In this role, she will oversee the Rooms Division, including front office, housekeeping, and guest experience functions across the resort.
Panlamoke returns to the property with more than a decade of experience within Four Seasons. She has worked across several properties in Asia, including Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui, Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle, Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai, and Four Seasons Resort Langkawi.

Most recently, she was associated with Four Seasons Resort Langkawi, where she was involved in leading Rooms Division operations, focusing on guest experience and team management.
Her experience spans villa operations, housekeeping, front office, and residential operations. In addition to her tenure with Four Seasons, she has held roles at luxury resorts in Phuket and participated in a task force assignment in Beirut.
In her new role, Panlamoke will focus on managing room operations and supporting the overall guest journey at the resort.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Ramkhamhaeng University and began her career in hospitality in Thailand.
This appointment reflects the resort’s continued focus on strengthening operational leadership across key departments.
