Hilton The Hague Promotes Mace den Heijer as Guest Service Shift Leader

Hilton The Hague has promoted Mace den Heijer to Guest Service Shift Leader in the Front Office department, effective July 2026. In this role, he will support daily front office operations and assist in delivering guest services at the property.

Den Heijer joined Hilton The Hague earlier in 2026 as a Guest Service Agent, following his tenure as a Front Office Trainee. During this period, he gained experience in guest handling, front desk operations, and service delivery.

Prior to joining Hilton, he was associated with Leonardo Royal Hotel Den Haag Promenade, where he worked as a Front Office Employee and completed internships across both front office and food and beverage functions.
With experience across multiple operational roles, Den Heijer has developed a working understanding of hotel front office functions and guest service processes.
Speaking on his promotion, Den Heijer said, “I am grateful for the trust and opportunity to take on this new role, and I look forward to supporting the team and continuing to deliver exceptional guest experiences.”
