The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa has announced four new appointments in its leadership team.
Nitesh Bairwa- Appointed as Executive Housekeeper
Nitesh brings extensive expertise in managing large-scale housekeeping operations and developing cleaning protocols. Prior to this role, he was appointed at Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur, where he served as second-in-command for room operations.
During his tenure, he was recognized with key accolades including “HOD of the Year Award” in both 2022 and 2024 and “Highest Rooms Profit Margin vs Budget Award” in 2024.
Nitesh has also worked at other renowned hotels including Jaipur Marriott Hotel, The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa. In his new role, he will lead housekeeping operations with focus on efficiency, quality, and elevated guest satisfaction.
Hemant Sharma- Appointed as Chief Engineer
Hemant Sharma brings over a decade of experience in engineering management within the hospitality sector. His career spans renowned hospitality brands including Taj Hotels, The Oberoi, ITC Hotels, and multiple properties under Marriott International.
At The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar resort, Hemant will oversee all engineering operations, ensuring safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. His focus will be on implementing sustainable engineering solutions supporting the property’s vision of balancing luxury leisure with environmental responsibility.
Pradip Chandra Das- Appointed as Loss Prevention Manager
With over 17 years of extensive experience in hospitality security and risk management, Pradip brings expertise in safeguarding assets, guests, and associates. Most recently, he led pre-opening security operations at Udaipur Marriott Hotel. His prior leadership roles include positions at Marriott Executive Apartments Hyderabad and Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur.
Pradip is a specialist in emergency preparedness and risk mitigation and holds certifications in First-aid, AED, and CPR. In his new role at The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar, he will oversee all loss prevention programs, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
Sulabh Pansare- Appointed as IT Manager
Sulabh Pansare brings extensive expertise in IT operations and infrastructure management. He previously served as IT Manager at Katra Marriott Resort & Spa, where he led pre-opening IT operations, including core application implementation, VM infrastructure setup, and server/Active Directory security architecture.
In his new role at The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa, Sulabh will oversee the entire IT ecosystem, ensuring easy connectivity, cybersecurity, and digital innovation that enhances the guest journey.
