APPOINTMENT
The St. Regis Goa Resort has announced the appointment of Biswajit Patra as the new Head Chef for its Pan-Asian restaurant, Riverside.

Chef Biswajit brings over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality and extensive expertise in Japanese, Thai, and Chinese cuisines. Prior to this appointment, he was at (ZLB 23 – Mordan Japanese) at The Leela Palace.
Chef Biswajit has been a part of renowned kitchens & hotels including, Conrad (Mikusu- Pan Asian) Bengaluru, ‘Edo’ at ITC Gardenia (Edo- japanese) and The Leela palace ( Zen – Pan Asian) Bengaluru. He is celebrated for his technical precision in sushi-making and his approach to sustainable, locally sourced ingredients, and elevating specialty brands.
In his new role at Riverside, Chef Biswajit will oversee menu innovation, kitchen operations, and the culinary events curation.
