DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon Appoints Chhavi Prabhakar as Learning & Development Manager

DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon has appointed Chhavi Prabhakar as Learning & Development Manager. In this role, she will oversee learning and development functions, with a focus on training programs, capability building, and supporting employee development across the hotel.

Chhavi brings over nine years of experience in the hospitality sector. She has previously worked with organisations including Marriott International, Amatra Hotels, Accor, Radisson Hotel Group, Fairmont Maldives, and Hulhule Island Maldives.

During her career, she has been involved in implementing learning and development initiatives across multiple properties, supporting brand standards, and contributing to hotel transitions and brand conversions.

In her new role, Chhavi will be responsible for managing training frameworks and supporting the development of team members in line with operational requirements.

Commenting on her appointment, Chhavi said, “My vision is to create a culture of continuous learning where every team member is inspired, empowered, and equipped with the skills to perform at their best, driving excellence in service, personal growth, and Hilton’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.”
