JW Marriott Pune Appoints Kunal Garudkar as Front Desk Manager

JW Marriott Hotel Pune has appointed Kunal Garudkar as Front Desk Manager.
Kunal brings experience in front office operations, guest relations, and team supervision. In his new role, he will lead the front desk team, oversee daily operations, and support guest service initiatives while maintaining operational standards.

Prior to this, Kunal was associated with Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield for four years, where he progressed through multiple roles within the front office function. He began as a Front Office Associate and was subsequently promoted to Guest Experience Expert, Front Office Executive, and Assistant Front Desk Manager. During this period, he gained experience in guest engagement, team coordination, and front office operations.

Kunal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Ahmedabad. He also completed his industrial training with Novotel Hotels in Mumbai, where he was exposed to front office and guest service functions.
In his current role at JW Marriott Pune, he will be responsible for managing front desk operations, supporting service delivery, and contributing to overall guest experience.
