Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity Appoints Farzana Ali Khan as Director of Rooms

Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity have appointed Farzana Ali Khan as Director of Rooms. She will oversee the Rooms Division across both properties, including Front Office, Housekeeping and related departments.

Farzana brings over 13 years of experience in hospitality operations, with a focus on guest engagement, revenue optimisation and team leadership. She has previously worked with leading hotels such as The Oberoi Grand, The Leela Palace Bengaluru, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar and The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore.

In her new role, she will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen operational frameworks and ensure consistent guest experiences across both hotels. Her responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, enhancing service delivery and supporting revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

She has received industry recognition including the Young Hotelier of the Year award and a CEO Award at The Oberoi Group.
