APPOINTMENT
THE OZEN COLLECTION has announced the appointment of Utsa Majumder as the new General Manager of OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR.
Utsa brings over 20 years of luxury hospitality experience with extensive expertise in operational excellence, revenue acumen, and leadership, having worked across multiple internationally renowned brands in India.
Over the course of her career, Utsa has received multiple industry accolades including General Manager of the Year 2024 by the Hozpitality Excellence Awards and Leading Hospitality Icon by the World Leadership Congress Awards in 2022.
She currently serves as President of the WICCI Hospitality & Tourism Council, Himachal Pradesh, and is a mentor with the WICCI mentorship outreach programme.
