ELIVAAS Launches First Villa Property in Pushkar, Expands Presence in Rajasthan

ELIVAAS has expanded its presence in Rajasthan with the launch of its first property in Pushkar, ELIVAAS Tuscun Vila. With this addition, the brand’s portfolio in the state now includes more than 60 properties across Udaipur, Jaipur, Ranthambore, Pushkar, Alwar and Neemrana under the ELIVAAS, ELIVAAS Privé and Alaya Stays brands.

The launch marks the company’s entry into Pushkar, a destination that has seen increasing interest from leisure travellers. The brand has focused on gradual expansion into destinations where demand for private villas, group stays, and celebration-based travel continues to grow.

Over the past few years, ELIVAAS has expanded its presence across Rajasthan by establishing key leisure market locations while ensuring consistent operational standards throughout its portfolio.

Each property adheres to a standardized service framework, including housekeeping practices, guest response systems, safety protocols, and regular quality assessments. Simultaneously, the company strives to personalise each stay to guest preferences and travel occasions, balancing reliable service with tailored experiences.

Commenting on the expansion, Ritwik Khare, Founder and CEO of ELIVAAS Living, said Rajasthan remains an important market for the brand, with more than 60 operational properties across several leisure destinations. He noted that Pushkar has seen growing demand for leisure travel in recent years, particularly from Delhi NCR and Jaipur, with travellers increasingly choosing private villa stays.

Khare added that the company’s operating framework ensures consistency across properties while allowing flexibility to curate guest experiences. In addition to accommodation, the brand focuses on creating complete holiday experiences through curated activities, local experiences and personalised services.

The recently introduced Tuscun Villa is a five-bedroom, pet-friendly property featuring a private pool and landscaped lawn. Located within easy reach of Pushkar’s temples and lakes, this villa enhances the region’s offerings.

The company plans to expand carefully by maintaining operational consistency and entering well-established leisure destinations, with Pushkar being its latest addition in Rajasthan.
