Novotel Pune Nagar Road has announced the appointment of Anjali Rauthan as its new Front Office Manager.

Anjali Rauthan has been appointed as the new Front Office Manager at Novotel Pune Nagar Road. She brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive expertise in front office operations, guest engagement, team leadership and service excellence across leading hospitality brands.

Prior to joining Novotel Pune, Anjali served as Front Office Manager at Courtyard by Marriott, Navi Mumbai. Earlier, Anjali held the position of Assistant Front Office Manager (HOD) at Andaz Delhi – a concept by Hyatt.

In her new role, Anjali will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and leading the team to deliver elevated guest experiences aligned with the brand’s global standards.
