Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa has announced the promotion of Nagaraju Kalva to the position of Executive Chef.

Nagaraju brings over 13 years of culinary experience, having worked across famous hospitality brands globally including The Ritz-Carlton Doha, Baraza Resort & Spa Zanzibar, Marriott Doha, and The Leela Mumbai.
Nagaraju holds knowledge of luxury dining, large- scale banqueting, à la carte operations and expertise in global cuisines, including Indian, Japanese, Peruvian, Mediterranean, and contemporary international fare
In his elevated role as Executive Chef, Nagaraju will oversee all culinary operations at the resort, driving menu innovation, mentoring teams, maintaining global quality standards, and further strengthening the resort’s reputation for refined dining experiences.
