Royal Orchid Hotels has announced two key executive appointments, further strengthening the leadership team as the company plans for expansion and growth.
Gaurav Goyal- Appointed as Senior Vice President – Business Development
Gaurav Goyal has been appointed as Senior VP- Business Development. He brings over 22 years of extensive experience in hospitality business development, strategy, and expansion. Gaurav has worked with renowned hospitality brands, including Jaypee Residency, Taj Residency, Spree Hotels & Resorts, and most recently Lemon Tree Hotels, where he served as Assistant Vice President – Business Development.
In his new role with Royal Orchid Hotels, Gaurav will lead the brand’s expansion strategies with a focus on portfolio growth, fostering new alliances, management contracts, and long-term value creation.
Sunil Khera- Appointed as Vice President- Operations (North)
Sunil Khera has joined as Vice President- Operations (North). He brings over 33 years of experience in the industry with expertise in hotel operations, people-first leadership, and execution excellence. Sunil has held senior leadership roles with leading hospitality brands including Hotel President, Holiday Inn, ITC Hotels, and most recently Sarovar Hotels, where he served as Area General Manager.
In his new role, Sunil Khera will lead operations across Royal Orchid’s northern portfolio, focusing on performance optimisation, brand governance, guest experience enhancement, and talent development.
