APPOINTMENT
Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) have announced the appointment of Subin Venugopalan as the new Director of Food & Beverage.

Subin brings with him over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality and large-scale food and beverage operations. Prior to this appointment, he was associated with Sheraton Grand Whitefield, Bengaluru, where he most recently served as Food & Beverage Manager, leading culinary outlets, banqueting operations and events.
In his new role, Subin will oversee the entire food and beverage portfolio across Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and HICC, including signature restaurants, bars, banqueting, large-format conventions and bespoke culinary experiences. His responsibilities will include strengthening culinary innovation, elevating service standards, and driving sustainable practices.
Subin has led multi-cultural teams, managed large-scale MICE operations, and implemented strategic initiatives that enhance both guest satisfaction and commercial performance. His expertise spans pre-opening operations, brand standards implementation, cost optimisation, and experiential dining concepts.
