Crowne Plaza Okhla New Delhi has announced the appointment of Sonu Dhumal as the new Executive Chef.

Crowne Plaza Okhla New Delhi by IHG has announced the appointment of Sonu Dhumal as the new Executive Chef, strengthening its culinary leadership team.
Dhumal brings over two decades of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, having worked globally across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and several island destinations.
He has held key roles at many renowned hospitality groups, including Hilton, Taj Hotels, Sheraton, Radisson Blu, Starwood Hotels, Hideway Beach Resort, and Serena Hotels. Most recently, he was a part of several key pre-opening assignments in India.
Dhumal holds extensive expertise in curating multi-cuisines, culinary operations, all day dining, banqueting, team leadership, menu development, food safety maintenance, and fine dining.
In his new role as the Executive Chef at Crowne Plaza Okhla, Dhumal will lead all the culinary operations across all restaurants, banquets and events.
