Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Sign Leisure Property in Jodhpur
Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd. has announced the signing of a new leisure-oriented property in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, as part of its expansion across culturally significant destinations in India.
The upcoming Regenta Hotel, Jodhpur will be operated under a hotel management agreement, in line with the group’s asset-light growth strategy. The 200-key, all-suite hotel is located near the Jodhpur High Court at Shatabdi Circle on New Pali Road, providing access to major commercial areas and the city’s heritage sites.
Spread across 3,623 square metres, the property is being developed as a destination-led leisure hotel, designed to support longer stays and experiential travel in Jodhpur. Planned facilities include conference and banquet spaces, an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby bar, and a rooftop pool bar. The hotel is designed to cater to leisure travellers and to host social and corporate events, including destination weddings, celebrations, and meetings.
The project is being developed in partnership with Jodhana Real Home Private Limited and Shreeyukt. Accommodation will comprise spacious suites, supported by dining options, banqueting infrastructure, and wellness-focused amenities.
Banquet facilities are planned to include a 6,000 sq ft banquet hall connected to a 4,000 sq ft open terrace, an additional 4,000 sq ft banquet hall, and three breakaway rooms of approximately 2,500 sq ft each.
Commenting on the signing, Chander K. Baljee, Chairman and Managing Director, Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd., said that Jodhpur remains an important market for the group, supported by tourism demand and a developing hospitality landscape. He noted that the signing aligns with the company’s focus on expanding leisure offerings in heritage cities through an asset-light approach.
Speaking on the partnership, Suresh Bharti, Owner, Jodhana Real Home Private Limited, said the association with Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels brings operational experience and brand strength to the project, with the aim of introducing an all-suite leisure hotel in Jodhpur that meets the needs of both travellers and event-focused guests.
