IHG Expands Bengaluru Portfolio with 420-Key Dual Hotel Signing

IHG Signs Dual Hotel Agreement in Bengaluru with Over 420 Keys

IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Hotel Chetan International to develop two new hotels in Bengaluru: Crowne Plaza Bengaluru KIADB Aerospace Park and Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru KIADB Aerospace Park. Scheduled to open in Q1 2028, the dual development will add more than 420 keys to IHG’s portfolio in India.

Located within Bengaluru’s largest industrial and aerospace parks and close to Kempegowda International Airport, the hotels are positioned to serve demand from aerospace and technology companies, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), corporates, and visitors to the upcoming BCCI Centre of Excellence and National Cricket Academy, along with nearby residential and commercial hubs.

The Crowne Plaza will feature 210 keys, four dining options, meeting spaces, a ballroom, retail areas, and parking facilities. The Holiday Inn Express will also offer 210 keys, a fitness centre, and convenient amenities for time-conscious travellers.

Guests will have access to IHG One Rewards, offering benefits and a seamless experience across the company’s global network.

IHG currently operates 51 hotels across six brands in India, with 72 more in the pipeline over the next few years.
