Club Mahindra Appoints Virendra Meena as Assistant Front Office Manager for Upcoming Dapoli Resort
Club Mahindra has appointed Virendra Meena as Assistant Front Office Manager for its upcoming resort in Dapoli, marking a key leadership addition ahead of the property’s launch.
Meena steps into the role after successfully completing the company’s 18-month Management Trainee programme, during which he gained cross-functional exposure across multiple properties and geographies.
In his new role, he will lead front office operations for the pre-opening phase, focusing on building and training the team, establishing service standards, and ensuring seamless guest experiences from the outset. His responsibilities will also include managing group operations, optimizing inventory, and collaborating with sales and revenue teams to support occupancy and visibility during the launch phase.
During his training, Meena worked across several Club Mahindra properties, including Assonora (Goa), Tungi (Lonavala), Kandaghat (Himachal Pradesh), and Puducherry, along with exposure at Radisson Blu Resort (Saura Hotel), Agra. This experience provided him with strong operational insights across both leisure and high-volume hospitality environments.
An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Mumbai, Meena has developed a strong foundation in front office operations, guest engagement, and service delivery.
Commenting on his new role, Meena said he looks forward to introducing Club Mahindra’s signature hospitality to Dapoli and building a team focused on delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences.
The upcoming Dapoli resort is set to expand Club Mahindra’s presence along the Konkan coast, further strengthening its leisure portfolio in India.
