Club Mahindra Promotes Utkarsh Raj as Assistant Housekeeping Manager at The Chumbi Mountain Retreat & Spa

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (Club Mahindra) has promoted Utkarsh Raj to the role of Assistant Housekeeping Manager at The Chumbi Mountain Retreat & Spa.

In his new role, Utkarsh will oversee housekeeping operations, including maintaining cleanliness standards, ensuring guest room quality, supervising teams, and managing administrative functions, while supporting the resort’s focus on delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Utkarsh joined Club Mahindra in July 2024 as a Housekeeping Management Trainee. During the structured program, he gained operational exposure across multiple properties, developing expertise in housekeeping management and resort operations.

His training included assignments at Club Mahindra Assonora Goa and Club Mahindra Tungi Lonavala, before progressing to his current role at Club Mahindra Chumbi Mountain Retreat in Pelling.

Throughout the program, he gained hands-on experience in areas such as housekeeping operations, quality standards, manpower management, guest room inspections, and departmental administration.

As Assistant Housekeeping Manager, he will be responsible for maintaining operational standards, supporting team development, and ensuring consistent service quality across the resort.
