Centara Hotels Announces Launch of New Mobile Application Designed to Simplify User Experience

Centara Hotels & Resorts has launched its new Mobile Application, designed to simplify hotel bookings and engagement with the hotel’s loyalty programme.

The new app allows users to pay directly with CentaraThe1 points either in full or with a combination of points and cash.

“Today’s travellers expect more than a stay—they seek intuitive, on-the-go tools that anticipate their needs. With the new Centara app, we’re responding to that demand by integrating loyalty, convenience, and personalisation in a single platform. It’s about meeting our guests where they are—on their mobile devices—with services that feel effortless and tailored,” said Pannarat Tantrativud, Assistant Vice President – CRM & Customer Services of Centara Hotels & Resorts.

One of the app’s core features allows CentaraThe1 members to pay for bookings using points, either fully or through a combination of points and cash. Users can also check real-time availability, review detailed room information, and access member-exclusive rates directly through the app.

 

Thirayuth Chirathivat, Chief Executive Officer of Centara Hotels & Resorts added, “Digital transformation has reshaped guest expectations across the hospitality industry. Launching this app isn’t about being first; it’s about being relevant. We’re leveraging mobile technology to enhance the authenticity of our Thai hospitality and deepen guest engagement at every touchpoint, from discovery and booking to loyalty and feedback.

The app also enables users to track loyalty points, tier status, and available rewards, including free-night redemptions and the option to convert points into airline miles. Bookings made through the app earn double CentaraThe1 points, and members receive Book Direct privileges.

The platform provides access to Centara’s portfolio of more than 50 properties across destinations including Thailand, Vietnam, the Maldives, Japan, and the Middle East. In-app customer support is available seven days a week.

To mark the launch, Centara is offering an app-exclusive promotion for CentaraThe1 members. Bookings made via the app until 15 February 2026 are eligible for a 25% discount on stays, combining the standard member rate with an additional mobile-only offer.
