Aauris Hotel Begins a New Chapter with Renovation and Lifestyle Expansion

Aauris Hotel Kolkata has completed 10 years in the city’s hospitality landscape, marking the occasion with renovated rooms, updated guest experiences, and a renewed focus on dining, design, and cultural programming.

Located near Park Street, the boutique hotel opened in 2015 with a design-led approach and has since developed into a lifestyle-focused property that combines hospitality, food, and social experiences under one roof.

As part of its 10-year milestone, Aauris has refurbished all 56 rooms, updating the interiors while retaining the warm and contemporary character that has shaped the property over the years.

Over the past decade, the hotel has continued to evolve its dining and social spaces. Its rooftop venue is now home to CoBo, a Pan-Asian brewery serving craft beers and offering rooftop dining. Zyqa continues to focus on modern Indian cuisine, while Scarlet has expanded its café and patisserie offerings to include artisanal desserts and baked goods.

The property has also introduced LAVIE, its Presidential Suite, designed as a private luxury stay experience within the hotel.

According to the hotel’s fact sheet, Aauris offers 56 rooms, including suites and the Presidential Suite, as well as rooftop dining, spa services, banquet spaces, in-room dining, and wellness experiences.

Looking ahead, Aauris plans to focus on upgraded guest experiences, technology-driven hospitality services, refreshed public spaces, and expanded food and beverage concepts. The hotel is also working on a redesign of its lobby area to create a more immersive arrival experience for guests.

The brand has additionally expanded beyond the hotel property with the launch of Scarlet 2.0 at Southern Avenue, signalling its move towards standalone lifestyle and community-driven spaces.

Speaking about the milestone, founder Tejinder Singh Saini said the focus remains on creating spaces that grow with changing guest preferences while continuing to blend hospitality, food, design, and culture.

Situated at 4 Robinson Street near Park Street, Aauris Hotel Kolkata continues to position itself as a boutique hospitality destination for both business and leisure travellers visiting the city.
