Welcomhotel Mysuru Expands ITC Hotels’ Presence in South India
ITC Hotels Limited has signed a management agreement for Welcomhotel Mysuru, a 99-key hotel in Mysuru, Karnataka. The signing expands the company’s presence in South India and adds another destination to the Welcomhotel portfolio.
The project is being developed in partnership with M/S Sumeru Hospitality and is expected to cater to both business and leisure travellers visiting the city.

Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels Limited, said Mysuru continues to attract visitors through its cultural heritage, tourism appeal and growing economic activity. He added that the new hotel will offer a hospitality experience that combines modern comfort with the city’s distinctive character.

Facilities at Welcomhotel Mysuru
The hotel will feature 99 guest rooms and suites designed for business and leisure travellers. Guests will have access to an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby café and a selection of regional cuisine.
The property will also include approximately 5,500 square feet of indoor banquet and event space, making it suitable for weddings, meetings and social functions. Other facilities will include a swimming pool and a fitness centre.
Strengthening Hospitality in Mysuru
Known for attractions such as Mysore Palace, the annual Dasara celebrations and its educational and commercial institutions, Mysuru remains an important tourism and business destination in Karnataka.
Its proximity to Bengaluru, strong road connectivity and year-round visitor demand continue to support hospitality development in the city.
