Cygnett Hotels & Resorts Appoints Gaurav Jain as Chief Financial Officer

Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has appointed Gaurav Jain as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening its corporate leadership as the company continues to expand its presence across India.

Gaurav is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant (ICWA) with over 15 years of experience in strategic finance, corporate governance, business transformation, and capital structuring. He has held leadership roles across startups, diversified corporate groups, and government-backed institutions, where he has been involved in financial planning, governance frameworks, and operational efficiency initiatives.

In his new role, Gaurav will lead the company’s financial strategy, oversee governance processes, support capital planning, and align financial operations with the company’s expansion plans.
