Zostel Named Official Accommodation Partner for Ziro Festival 2026
Ziro Festival 2026 to Feature New Zostel Camping and Community Experiences
Zostel has been announced as the Official Accommodation Partner for Ziro Festival 2026, which will be held from 24 to 27 September in Ziro Valley, Arunachal Pradesh.
The partnership brings together Zostel and Ziro Festival to offer accommodation, travel support and community experiences for festival attendees. The annual festival is known for combining music, culture and local traditions in the scenic surroundings of the Eastern Himalayas.
Having supported festival-goers through its Zo Trips packages over the past few years, Zostel is expanding its role for the 2026 edition with new accommodation options, dedicated community spaces and on-ground experiences.
New Campground Near the Festival Venue
A key addition this year is a new experiential campground located around 800 metres from the main festival venue. Alongside the campground, Zostel will also operate a dedicated space within the festival grounds where travellers, creators and community members can meet throughout the event.
The campground has been designed with sustainability in mind, using bamboo structures and reusable materials to reduce environmental impact while complementing the natural surroundings of Ziro Valley.
Focus on Local Communities
The project has been developed in collaboration with local communities, with an emphasis on promoting regional cuisine, crafts, performers and local businesses. The aim is to give visitors a more authentic experience of the destination while supporting the local economy.
Zo Trips Continue for Festival Travellers
Zostel will continue to offer its Zo Trips packages for the Ziro Festival 2026. These packages include accommodation, local transportation and curated sightseeing experiences, making travel to the remote festival destination easier for visitors.
In addition to accommodation, Zostel will host activities within the festival grounds to encourage interaction among travellers and creators throughout the four-day event.

Commenting on the partnership, Aviral Gupta, CEO of Zostel and Zo World, said the collaboration reflects the shared focus of both organisations on community, culture and meaningful travel experiences.

Bobby Hano, Co-founder and Festival Director of Ziro Festival, said the partnership supports the festival’s vision of creating deeper connections between visitors, the local community and the destination itself.
