Vijaylaxmi Yadav Appointed as Front Office Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai

Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai has announced the appointment of Vijaylaxmi Yadav as its new Front Office Manager.
Vijaylaxmi brings experience in front office operations, guest services, and team leadership across hospitality brands in India. In her new role, she will lead the hotel’s Front Office division, overseeing guest arrivals and departures, room inventory management, front-of-house operations, service standards, and team performance.

Prior to this appointment, she served as Front Office Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Nashik, where she was involved in managing front-of-house operations and supporting guest experience initiatives.
Her previous experience also includes roles at Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences as Assistant Front Office Manager, and at Taj Lands’ End, where she worked in guest relations and club operations.

Throughout her career, she has been associated with guest engagement, service delivery, team supervision, and operational coordination across premium hospitality environments.
In her new role, she will focus on strengthening guest experience, service consistency, and operational efficiency as the hotel continues to build its presence in the Navi Mumbai market.
