Air France Opens New Lounge at London Heathrow
Air France Heathrow Lounge Brings French Hospitality to Terminal 4
Air France has opened its new lounge at London Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 4, offering passengers a dedicated space to relax before their flight or during a layover.
Opened on 7 July 2026, the lounge is available daily from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm and welcomes eligible Air France La Première, Business Class and Flying Blue Elite Plus customers, along with qualifying passengers travelling with KLM and other SkyTeam member airlines.
A New Lounge Experience
Designed by Air France in collaboration with MARKS Brandimage, the lounge spans more than 750 square metres and accommodates nearly 150 guests.
The interiors feature the airline’s signature colour palette of blue, white and red, alongside furniture by French designers including Margaux Keller, Pierre Paulin, Patrick Jouin and Christophe Pillet. Large windows provide views of the airport runways, while artwork and design elements reflect Air France’s history and identity.
French Dining and Bar
The lounge includes a dining area serving a selection of French-inspired dishes throughout the day, with hot and cold meals, vegetarian options and seasonal menus.
A central bar offers champagne, French wines and a range of spirits, served by dedicated staff.
As part of its sustainability efforts, Air France has incorporated locally sourced seasonal ingredients where possible, alongside food waste reduction measures, recycling initiatives and water dispensers to reduce the use of single-use plastics.
Clarins Wellness Area
The lounge features a Clarins treatment area, continuing the long-standing partnership between Air France and the skincare brand.
From 13 July 2026, guests will be able to book one complimentary treatment from a choice of Anti Jet-Lag, L’Instant Detox or Focus Regard, subject to availability. Treatments are available from Monday to Friday.
Dedicated Spaces for Premium Travellers
La Première passengers have access to a private lounge area with personalised dining service and additional wellness treatments.
Flying Blue Ultimate members can also enjoy an exclusive seating area designed to provide greater privacy and comfort.
Additional Facilities
The lounge also offers quiet workspaces, relaxation areas, complimentary Wi-Fi, charging points, eligibility kiosks and access to digital newspapers and magazines through the Air France Press app.
During the summer schedule, the airline operates up to six daily flights between London Heathrow and Paris-Charles de Gaulle, providing onward connections across its international network.
