APPOINTMENT
Novotel Goa Panjim has announced the promotion of Kanchan Kumar to the position of Operations Manager.

Kanchan brings over 15 years of hospitality leadership experience with extensive operational expertise. His journey in hospitality spans over a decade and a half, beginning with Mahindra Holidays & Resorts and progressing through leadership roles with reputed brands including Country Inn & Suites by Radisson and Grand Mercure Mysore.
Kanchan has been a core member of the leadership team during the hotel’s pre-opening phase at Novotel Goa Panjim. He has played a key role in strengthening operational structures, enhancing service standards, driving guest satisfaction metrics, and building high-performing teams.

Commenting on the promotion, Surajit Chatterjee, General Manager, said, “Kanchan’s discipline, integrity, and deep operational understanding make him a natural leader. His ability to build empowered teams while maintaining strong performance metrics has significantly contributed to our success.
