APPOINTMENT
Carlton Wellness Group, part of EBG Group, has announced the appointment of Urmila Rajput as Senior Wellness Operations Manager – PAN India.
In her new role, she will oversee end-to-end operations across Carlton Wellness Group’s portfolio, focusing on operational alignment, service standards, and performance management across locations.
Urmila brings over 10 years of experience across wellness, spa management, hospitality, and operations. Prior to this appointment, she served as Wellness Head of Department at Conrad Pune and earlier as Head of Department (Health and Wellness) at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts in Delhi.
Her professional journey also includes leadership roles with InterContinental Hotels & Resorts in Chennai and Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Pune, where she managed wellness operations and spa functions. Additionally, she has held managerial positions with DLF Limited, Escenza Wellness, Body Raaga Wellness Spa, Kosmoderma Clinics & MediSpas, and Richfeel Health & Beauty Pvt Ltd., building operational and team leadership expertise across hospitality and clinical wellness environments.
In her current position at Carlton Wellness Group, Urmila will focus on strengthening operational processes, enhancing service delivery frameworks, and supporting the group’s expansion strategy across India.
