AirAsia Rewards Members Can Earn Points at Sungei Wang Plaza

AirAsia Rewards has partnered with Sungei Wang Plaza, a major shopping destination in Kuala Lumpur, to enhance the opportunities for members to earn points within the AirAsia ecosystem. Members can now accumulate AirAsia points when making purchases at various retail, dining, and lifestyle outlets throughout the mall.

Every ringgit spent at Sungei Wang Plaza, from dining to shopping, earns points that can be redeemed for flights, hotel stays, rides, and other services with AirAsia and its lifestyle partners.

Tourists visiting Malaysia can also claim a Welcome Bonus of AirAsia points, along with gifts and vouchers, by completing a form at the information counter on the Ground Floor.

Subashini Silvadas, Chief Operations Officer of Capital A, said: By partnering with Sungei Wang Plaza, we are expanding the ways members can earn AirAsia points. Our goal is to help members gain more value from their everyday spending and explore additional partnership opportunities that align with this vision.”

Joseph Teo, General Manager of Sungei Wang Plaza, added: “We are pleased to partner with AirAsia Rewards to provide more benefits to our shoppers. This collaboration supports our efforts to enhance the customer experience and provide meaningful rewards for everyone visiting the mall.”

To earn points at Sungei Wang Plaza, members can follow these steps:

  1. Make a purchase at any store in the mall

  2. Scan the QR code displayed at the outlet or concierge counter

  3. Upload the receipt, enter the email registered with the AirAsia MOVE app, and submit the form

The partnership aligns with Visit Malaysia Year 2026 and Sungei Wang Plaza’s upcoming 50th anniversary in 2027, offering shoppers additional events, privileges, and rewards.
