Mahesh has held leadership positions with renowned brands like InterContinental Maldives, Hyatt and Taj Hotels.
In his role as Director of Operations, Mahesh will spearhead the property’s overall operational strategy, champion sustainability initiatives, and introduce innovative dining experiences.
Divya Dabral- Appointed as Director of Human Resources
With over 11 years of experience in human resources and training across hospitality brands in India, Divya is known for her expertise in talent development, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
Sunil Yadav- Appointed as Director of Finance
With 19 years of experience across Marriott and Taj hotels, including international assignments in Bali, Sunil Yadav is known for his expertise in financial acumen, governance frameworks, and cost optimization strategies.
At Marriott Executive Apartments, Bengaluru UB City, he will lead financial strategy, enabling sustainable growth and operational efficiency for the newly launched property.
Heena Sharma- Appointed as Director of Rooms
With 14 years of experience across Marriott Suites Pune, Port Muziris, and JLL (Accenture), Heena is known for her guest-centric approach and operational expertise in front office management, facility operations, and revenue optimization.
She has also been recognized with awards such as the Guest Satisfaction Award Q2 APAC 2024 and Highest Elite Appreciation Award for South Asia 2023.
At Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City, she will lead the Rooms Division, focusing on elevating guest experiences, team development, and service excellence.
Sheel Jadeja- Appointed as Director of Sales
Sheel Jadeja brings over 14 years of experience in sales and revenue management across luxury hospitality brands like Marriott , Leela Hotels & Resorts and Taj hotels.
He is known for his expertise in strategic acumen, relationship-building skills, and innovative approach.
At Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City, he will spearhead market outreach strategies, partnerships, and revenue optimization.
Sathish Kumar- Appointed as Chief Engineer
Sathish Kumar brings 16+ years of engineering expertise across Accor, Hilton, and Taj properties, specializing in property maintenance, energy efficiency, and operational safety.
His leadership has earned him multiple awards, including Outstanding Team Member for Southeast Asia & India (2016) at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton.
At Marriott Executive Apartments, Bengaluru UB City, Sathish will oversee technical operations, preventive maintenance, and sustainability initiatives.
Kalai Chellan- Appointed as Executive Housekeeper
Kalai holds 17+ years of global hospitality experience across Taj, Marriott, Four Seasons, IHG, Atlantis, Hyatt, and Ritz-Carlton.
At Marriott Executive Apartments, Bengaluru UB City, she will lead housekeeping operations, focusing on sustainability, hygiene excellence, and luxury service delivery.
Rohit Yadav- Appointed as Executive Chef
With more than 16 years of experience, Rohit Yadav is an alumnus of OCLD, India, and IHM Bhopal.
Known for his expertise in menu innovation, ingredient sourcing, and integrating global flavours with local authenticity, Rohit will curate diverse, modern menus at Marriott Executive Apartments, Bengaluru UB City.
