APPOINTMENT
Crimson Hotels has announced the appointment of Sheetal Thakur as the Human Resources Manager for The Aaureum Resorts and International Convention Centre, Bhilwara.
With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Sheetal Thakur has worked with renowned hotel brands such as Club Mahindra, Ramada by Wyndham, Fern Hotels and Clarks-Inn Suites.
Her expertise includes key HR areas including recruitment, training, employee engagement and policy development.
At The Aaureum, Sheetal will lead all human resource functions from pre-opening operations to creating long-term people practices.
Speaking on her appointment, Sandeep Maitraya, Founder & Director, Crimson Hotels said, “Hospitality begins with people, and Sheetal’s approach perfectly reflects our belief in creating meaningful workplaces. As The Aaureum prepares to open as Bhilwara’s most significant hospitality and events destination, her role will be central in shaping a team that delivers with passion and purpose.”
Sheetal holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
