Radisson Hotel Group Expands Career Fest 2025 to Engage Wider Audiences

Radisson Hotel Group has launched Career Fest 2025, a global career development initiative aimed at engaging, upskilling, and inspiring current and future hospitality professionals. Taking place throughout October 2025, the month-long hybrid event connects more than 75,000 team members and aspiring talent across over 105 countries, focusing on career growth, learning, and professional mobility in the hospitality industry.

Radisson Hotel Group

Building on previous editions of Career Month and Career Fest, this year’s programme adopts an expanded and integrated format, combining both internal and external activities. Career Fest 2025 highlights Radisson Hotel Group’s continued commitment to developing people, promoting diversity, and supporting talent advancement.

The event features a comprehensive schedule of activities tailored to various career stages. Global, regional, and local sessions include professional development workshops, leadership discussions, hotel tours, Q&A sessions with general managers, and interactive sessions on career planning, interview preparation, and industry trends—providing participants with practical skills and insights.

All activities align under three key pillars:

  • Find Your Passion: Connecting internal and external talent with career opportunities across Radisson’s global portfolio.

  • Develop Your Career: Providing practical tools, workshops, and leadership pathways for professional growth.

  • Inspire to Take the Next Step: Sharing career stories and achievements from hospitality professionals worldwide.

New for 2025: Career Spaces

This edition introduces Career Space, a digital hub providing Radisson team members with access to career resources and internal mobility opportunities, alongside a new external career site. The platform reflects Radisson’s Employee Value Proposition, centred around four pillars – Build a Great Career, Live the Magic of Hospitality, Experience the Team Spirit, and Lead with Your Ambition.

Empowering Talent Across South East Asia Pacific

With 36 hotels across six brands in 12 countries, Radisson Hotel Group continues to invest in local talent development in South East Asia Pacific (SEAP). In the first half of 2025, internal recruitment across SEAP hotels rose by 170% year-on-year, with 13 internal promotions to General Manager positions. The region also reported a 25% increase in female Heads of Department and a 40% rise in taskforce opportunities, enhancing cross-property learning and mobility.

Edina Szabo

Edina Szabo, Director, People & Culture, SEAP, Radisson Hotel Group, said: “Career Fest is about momentum and access. In SEAP we’re opening more doors, faster, so people can step into bigger roles with the right support. We’ve expanded taskforce assignments, grown cross-market exposure, and worked with our leaders to turn coaching into concrete moves. The result is real progress across the region, and we’re just getting started.”
