Hyatt to Open Hyatt Place Kolhapur Sangli with Shah Lagoo Properties LLP

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a management agreement with Shah Lagoo Properties LLP for Hyatt Place Kolhapur Sangli, supporting Hyatt’s plan to expand its brand presence in India’s developing business and leisure markets.

The hotel will be part of SL Highstreet, a mixed-use development comprising premium office spaces and retail outlets.

The upcoming Hyatt Place Kolhapur Sangli will feature 115 guestrooms, designed to cater to the needs of contemporary travelers, with separate areas for work, rest, and relaxation.

The property will include a 24/7 dining venue serving freshly prepared meals, a fitness center, and a swimming pool. For meetings and social gatherings, the hotel will feature adaptable banquet and conference facilities.
