Spree Hospitality Marks 50 Operational Properties Across India

Spree Hospitality has announced a significant milestone, achieving 50 operational properties across India. Since opening its first property in May 2011, the company has expanded its portfolio under the brands Spree Hotels, ZiP by Spree Hotels, and Spree Resorts. Currently, Spree Hospitality operates in 35 cities across 15 states, focusing on providing consistent service and operational support to its partners.

Spree Hospitality collaborates with hotel owners through management and revenue-sharing contracts, focusing on efficient operations and asset value creation.

The company reports strong guest satisfaction metrics:

  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 84 last financial year; 91 YTD in the current year

  • Average channel rating of 4.6 previous financial year; 4.7 YTD

Commenting on the milestone,  Sagar Khurana, Chief Operating Officer of Spree Hospitality, said: “Reaching 50 operational properties is an important step in our journey.
