APPOINTMENT
Hamilton Hotel has announced the appointment of Daniel Elinan as Executive Chef.

Chef Daniel holds 15 years of global culinary experience. He has held leadership positions across luxury and full-service hotels throughout the U.S. and Europe.
Most recently, Daniel served as Executive Chef at the Hilton Knoxville, where he led complex dining, catering, and banquet operations. Before that, he was appointed as Executive Chef at the Hyatt Regency Monterey for six years, overseeing a team of 40, three dining outlets, and banquets.
He has also led several international culinary operations at Boscolo Hotels’ Carlo IV in Prague and New York Palace in Budapest, and opened three high-volume restaurant locations with Primetime Restaurants in Budapest.
