APPOINTMENT
Qatar Airways Group has announced the appointment of Lorenzo Valori as the new Vice President Lounges.
Thabet Musleh, Chief Retail and Hospitality Officer, said, “Lorenzo’s leadership will be instrumental as we continue to elevate our world-class lounges, delivering comfort and service that truly set us apart. He will be at the forefront of taking lounges to the next level — innovating, elevating and ensuring every moment in our care is nothing short of world-class.”
Lorenzo Valori formerly served as Vice President of Growth EMEA & EU/UK Operations at Plaza Premium Group.
As Vice President Lounges, he will be responsible for leading the strategic development and daily operations of the airline’s global lounge network. His role includes enhancing the customer experience, driving service innovation, ensuring consistent quality standards, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
