Minor Hotels Opens First Peru Property: nhow Lima Brings Contemporary Lifestyle Concept to the Capital

Minor Hotels has opened its first hotel in Peru as part of its regional expansion strategy. nhow Lima, which began operations on 1 August, introduces a contemporary lifestyle concept aimed at reshaping Lima’s accommodation, dining, and entertainment options.

The property features 243 rooms across 13 floors, combining guest comfort with design elements inspired by local culture. As part of the nhow lifestyle brand, the hotel integrates art, design, and technology to create experiences that reflect Lima’s identity and encourage cultural connection.

Dining and Entertainment

Zönico, the fine dining restaurant on the third floor, highlights the culinary traditions of eight countries connected by the Amazon River. Using regional ingredients alongside Peruvian produce, the menu offers a modern interpretation of Latin American cuisine.

On the 13th floor, Pagano bar blends design, music, and mixology to create a social space aligned with Lima’s creative energy. The same floor hosts an outdoor pool bar, offering a city-view setting for relaxation.

Location and Business Facilities

Situated in Miraflores, nhow Lima is 35 minutes from Jorge Chávez International Airport and close to cultural attractions, shopping, and dining. The hotel also caters to the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) market with eleven multifunctional spaces equipped with modern technology, designed to encourage collaborative and creative events.

The opening strengthens Minor Hotels’ presence in the Americas and expands its portfolio in key South American markets, combining bold design with local cultural influences.
