APPOINTMENT
Grand Hyatt Gurgaon has announced the promotion of Chef Vikramjit Roy as the Executive Chef of the hotel.

Chef Vikramjit holds over two decades of culinary experience having worked across India and international markets. His professional journey includes associations with renowned brands such as Taj Palace Hotels, Resorts, Safaris, Oberoi, and ITC Hotels.
He has extensive expertise in curating oriental and pan- asian cuisine. Chef Vikramjit has also established his own venture in Singapore, Eight One Nine One Pte. Ltd.
In his new role as Executive Chef, he will spearhead all culinary operations at the hotel, steering menu innovation, experiential dining concepts, and strategic culinary growth.
