TAT London Showcases Thai Cuisine and F1

TAT London Hosts Thai Culinary and Motorsport Event

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) London Office hosted a dinner, “A Night of Thai Excellence,” on 10 September 2025 at the Michelin-starred AngloThai restaurant in central London. Organised in partnership with Monsoon Valley Wine, the event highlighted Thailand’s culinary traditions and its connection to Formula 1 racing.

The evening was hosted by H.E. Mr. Nadhavathna Krishnamra, Ambassador of Thailand to the United Kingdom, and attended by guests including Alex Albon, Thai-British Formula 1 driver. Chef John Chantarasak of AngloThai presented a menu inspired by Thailand’s five regions, paired with wines from Monsoon Valley.

Over 40 guests from motorsport, sport tourism, luxury travel, wine and lifestyle media attended, alongside Formula 1 influencers and global media outlets including The Sun and Rolling Stone Magazine. Rising Thai racing talent Tasanapol Inthraphuvasak, Formula 3 Feature Race champion at Monza, also participated.

The event showcased Thailand as a destination where culinary culture, sports, and tourism intersect, offering visitors a combined cultural and sporting experience.
