APPOINTMENT
Sayaji Hotels Ltd has announced the promotion of Rajendra Joshi to the role of Associate General Manager – Pre-opening Operations, effective from January 2026.
In this new elevated role, Rajendra will play a key role in driving operations and steering strategic property launches as Sayaji group continues its expansion across India.
Rajendra brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in hotel operations, resource planning, talent engagement, pre-opening coordination, food and beverage services, guest experience optimisation and team development.
Before his current role, he held senior management and general manager positions at several renowned hospitality brands including The Fern Residency, Aurangabad and U Tropicana, Alibaug, where he was instrumental in enhancing guest satisfaction, streamlining operations, and driving business growth.
After his appointment at Sayaji Hotels Ltd, Rajendra Joshi has overseen key operational milestones and contributed to new property launches.
